Mr. Zargaryan is responsible for all development project management. His responsibilities range from generating RFP’s, selection of design teams, budgets, negotiating contracts, design overview, schedules, construction payment application approvals, and ensuring the highest standard of design and construction while maintaining schedule and budget.
He has overseen over $450 million in total development nationwide over the last four years. Mr. Zargaryan is founder and President of Pegasus Development where his company was named Developer Representative for a private equity group specializing in hospitality development for two major timeshare developments. He was responsible for the construction and design coordination of the Phase 2 of Marriott Vacation Club at Crystal Shores in Marco Island, consisting of a 13-story tower with 112 units encompassing 134k square feet with below-grade parking and a 10-story tower with 36 units encompassing 43k square feet with below-grade parking. He also completed Phase 2 of the Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham Worldwide located in St. Thomas on expansive 25-acre oceanfront site consists of six hillside buildings that include 194 units encompassing over 115k square feet. Mr. Zargaryan attended Woodbury University’s Bachelor of Architecture Program and has over 14 years of worldwide experience in design and development.
